INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY

At MCI GROUP, we commit to managing our activities efficiently and sustainably, ensuring excellence in medical expense management, travel healthcare assistance, billing, payment centers, and other services provided by our companies:

  • MEDICAL CLAIMS INTERNATIONAL SL: Management of medical expenses and travel healthcare assistance related to health insurance.
  • MCI ASSIST SL: Healthcare billing.
  • MCI FINANCE SL: Payment center.
  • MCI LATAM SRL: (Dominican Republic).

Our Integrated Management System (IMS) is based on the ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 37301 (Compliance), and ISO 2600 (Corporate Social Responsibility) standards, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements and continuous improvement in all our operations.

IMPLEMENTATION AND RESPONSIBILITY

This policy is mandatory for all entities within MCI GROUP and will be reviewed periodically to ensure its suitability and continuous improvement. Management assumes responsibility for its dissemination, compliance, and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
