To this end, we have crafted the following Legal Notice. These terms aim to delineate the manner of access and usage of the website’s content and services by the public. By accessing the portal, including mere navigation, users acknowledge their status as Users. Consequently, Users commit to utilizing the portal in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, regulations, instructions, moral standards, generally accepted customs, and public order. MCI Assist excludes all liability for damages and losses of any kind that may arise from the presence of these viruses or harmful elements in the Contents.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

The terms and conditions governing this website and any resulting relationships are safeguarded by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from access to or use of this website shall be settled before the Spanish jurisdiction, with both parties submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, expressly waiving any jurisdiction other than those mentioned.
