The Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Information Security, CSR and Compliance of the MCI ASSIST GROUP pursues the fundamental objective of compliance with regulations, the stability of our work team, respect for the environment, the guarantee of legal compliance and the improvement of our services.

- To guarantee the development of its activities within the applicable rules and regulations, it shall comply with the legislation and regulations in force, as well as with other requirements subscribed to with its clients, including those referring to the environment and information security.
- Comply with the requirements and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality, Environmental and Information Security Management System, by implementing systems for measuring and monitoring the services provided to our clients, as well as quality, environmental and Information Security objectives.
- To ensure business continuity by developing continuity plans in accordance with recognised methodologies.
- Promote environmental responsibility at all levels of the company by providing adequate training to all staff.
- Prevention, control, and minimisation of the environmental effects generated in the environment, derived from MCI’s activity.
- Carry out and periodically review a risk analysis based on recognised methods that allow us to establish the level of information security and minimise risks through the development of specific policies, technical solutions, and contractual agreements with specialised organisations.
- MCI staff will carry out their work oriented to the achievement of the objectives set and in accordance, always, with the legal, environmental, IS and customer requirements.
- Commitment to provide information to interested parties.
- Selection of suppliers and subcontractors based on quality and environmental criteria.
